To better reflect product distribution.

Sampford IXL has changed its name to IXL Home to better reflect its current and future product offering to consumers, which will be accompanied by an updated corporate identity and website.

Sampford IXL CEO, Chris Dickins said, “IXL Home represents the next phase of the company’s growth into new categories and technology, new distributed brands and a strong focus on offering solutions to consumer needs, within the wider home environment.

“We are excited about this alignment of the company’s name to our core activities, as we offer increased technology and connected home features, delivering real value to our end customers, both inside and outside the home.”

From its beginnings in 1858 manufacturing stoves, through to the introduction of the IXL Tastic and more recently the IXL Fresco, the company offers product under the IXL and Cannon brands still manufactured in Geelong, and its relationships with global brands, iRobot and Laurastar.
