At design fair in Melbourne.
Smeg previewed its Dolce Stil Novo built-in appliance collection at the curated art and design fair, Denfair in Melbourne on Thursday. Smeg is the event’s official partner. It was the first time the collection was shown in Australia following its debut in Milan at EuroCucina in 2016. The show is open to the public on Saturday.
The unique, on-trend black finish for the range is complemented by the choice of copper or stainless steel ribbon trim. The collection comprises wine cellars, ovens, warming drawers, cooktops and coffee machines.
Smeg managing director, Jim Kalotheos told Appliance Retailer, “We are very excited to be associated with such a premium design and architectural event, so highly regarded by its own community – the perfect platform for the stunning Dolce Stil Novo range. The response has been exceptional”.
