Leading Edge Group held its fourth annual conference over the weekend at SeaWorld on the Gold Coast, with around 200 delegates in attendance with Leading Appliances and Leading Edge Electronics members and suppliers coming together under the Together Towards Tomorrow banner.
Leading Edge Appliances national group manager, Nicholas Fry said, “We had a record number of suppliers and members in attendance, and all delegates enjoyed a great mix of work, keynote speakers, forums, workshops and social activities.”

“It is the highlight of our year as we all come together to network and exchange ideas and forge our relationships which are so important for independent retailers, and planning ahead for the future at our two-day trade show.
“With brilliant guest speakers Steve Vamos and Simon Dell we all learnt a lot about the fast-changing world, and how technology and the digital world are impacting retail. We look forward to embracing new opportunities and ensuring we are moving with the times to remain a progressive and modern retailer.
“At our Gala Awards night, at Movie World, we acknowledged those members, suppliers and account managers who had gone over and above in advancing and supporting our business. The Conference was a great success once again,” he said.
