The Good Food & Wine Shows have started rolling out across Australia with two appliance companies, Ilve and Dyson both signing up as major partners again in 2016.

For Ilve the show is a good branding exercise, Eurolinx national marketing manager, Daniel Bertuccio told AR.  “Typically we do not sell at the shows but we do experiment with a host of different styles of stands. This year our focus will be on our new BBQ range and we have created stands to showcase this.”  The new MY-Q space saving BBQ will also be used in the celebrity cooking theatre.

Bertuccio said the Melbourne event went well with visitors to the stand showing a genuine interest in the products.  Ilve has been participating in the GFWS since 2008 and is the fourth time is has sponsored the show as an official appliance partner.

For Dyson being a major partner gives the company the opportunity to align with great chefs, suppliers and consumers who are involved in bringing Australia’s number one food show to life.

This is the third year Dyson has partnered with the GFWS and product highlights this year include the V6 Absolute Handstick vacuum cleaner and the new range of Jake Dyson lighting products. Dyson will also be showcasing its Environmental Control range of fans and heaters as well as its collection of full size vacuum cleaners. On each day of the show consumers will have the opportunity to enter a Dyson Instagram competition to win a V6 Absolute.

Dates for the shows are Perth, July 8-10, Sydney August 5-7 and Brisbane, October 28-30.
