Nespresso has introduced a new limited-edition coffee capsule collection that pays homage to Milan’s history, architecture and lifestyle.
The collection was co-developed with Italian fashion icon and entrepreneur Chiara Ferragni, and features a new coffee blend, Milano Intenso, a range of accessories and a coffee machine. It is adorned in a bespoke geometric deep green design with gold accents influenced by Milan’s historic locations, Villa Necchi, Palazzo Montedoria and Duomo Cathedral, and inspired by Ferragni’s vision of the city.
Resonating with the Australian palette, Milano Intenso has a medium-dark roast that pairs well with milk and a high intensity rating of eight. It delivers a classic combination of cocoa and roasted-cereal notes with hints of dark chocolate.

The limited-edition collection also features a selection of accessories such as a Touch Travel Mug (RRP $36) in gold and a set of two matte black and gold Espresso Cups (RRP $36). A new limited-edition Nespresso CitiZ coffee machine mirrors the design of the new Milano Intenso coffee capsule and sleeve.
The CitiZ machine is only available for purchase as part of the CitiZ limited-edition Ispirazione Italiana Ultimate bundle (RRP $549) which includes the Nespresso Aerocinno3 black milk frother, Touch Travel Mug, Espresso Cups and a sleeve each of the Milano Intenso and Arpeggio coffee blends.
