Jura is introducing the new J8 fully automatic coffee machine which can prepare a full range of classic coffee drinks, as well as flavour milk foam with its Sweet Foam function. With the addition of the Coffee Eye, the selection of specialties is adapted to the position of the cup for more simple and intuitive operation.
The new Sweet Foam function flavours the milk foam during preparation. By choosing the type and amount of syrup, the flavour and intensity can be customised to personal preferences. The J8 can now create popular trend specialties such as the Sweet Latte at the touch of a button.
The Professional Aroma Grinder (P.A.G.2+ grinder) comes with an aroma control function that actively monitors the grind consistency to ensure perfect results every time. Depending on the specialty selected, the J8 will recommend setting the consistency to mild or intense, controlling the aroma in the cup. The grinding level can also be adjusted at any time. Before and after preparation, the P.A.G.2+ always goes into rest mode to maintain its performance throughout the machine’s lifetime.
