Tineco will open a new after-sales service centre in Australia, reflecting the company’s commitment to providing repair and technical support to its growing customer base across the country.
The Melbourne service centre, built in partnership with SRX, will streamline the service process with a team of trained Tineco technicians working locally to diagnose and repair Tineco appliances.
In addition to a comprehensive range of services, the centre will stock a wide selection of Tineco parts to ensure timely repairs and optimal product performance.
Beginning August, all Tineco customers will also be able to access support through a centralised customer service hotline and receive prompt assistance with product troubleshooting and usage related questions. Until August, Tineco service is accessible via support.au@tineco.com.
