The top-rated retail brands in Australia have been named by Finder, following a survey of 10,000 Australians, in partnership with research data platform, Dynata.
Brands were rated across a range of metrics including customer service, product range, value for money, trustworthiness and product quality. These metrics were then weighted to determine the winning brands in four areas per vertical – most loved, most trusted, top value and legendary customer service.
Appliances Online dominated the winner’s list, receiving six of eight awards, including Most Loved Brand, Top Value Brand and Legendary Service across both electronics and whitegoods retailer categories.
Big W was named the Most Trusted Brand in the electronics retailer category and JB Hi Fi was recognised as the Most Trusted Brand in the whitegoods retailer category.
