JB Hi-Fi has chosen Amperity – the first AI-powered Lakehouse Customer Data Platform (CDP) – to power its first-party data strategy, as part of its commitment to building a high-quality data foundation across its technology stack for automated orchestration, intelligent segmentation and predictive modeling.
