Beko will launch its second 60-day money back guarantee promotion on 1 October 2024, available until 30 November 2024, reflecting the company’s commitment to offering consumers peace of mind with their home appliance purchases.

Beko already offers a five-year warranty on large home appliances and during the promotion, consumers can enjoy an additional layer of confidence with a 60-day money back guarantee when they purchase any Beko major domestic appliance.

This guarantee allows consumers to try their new appliance for up to 60 days, and if they’re not completely satisfied, they can request a full refund. The appliance must be used for a minimum of 30 days before requesting a refund.

Customers must register their product online within 14 days of purchase. Full payment and proof of purchase are required for registration.

If unsatisfied, customers can request a refund through the same URL, using their registration ID. The Beko customer care team will arrange product collection and a refund will be issued.
