Betta Home Living was voted customer’s favourite physical appliance store in a Choice survey with a score of 83 out of 100, closely followed by Retravision on 82 points and Bing Lee on 80 points.
It was the favourite based on customer service, delivery and after-sales service. It also outperformed most competitors in product and brand range, as well as value for money.

Appliances Online topped overall satisfaction for online appliance stores in every category – range of products, value for money, website ease of use, payment options, delivery and after-sales service with a score of 86 out of 100. Bing Lee came in second on 80 points, with Myer and Officeworks in equal third with 79 points.
