In conjunction with Shriro Australia, premium sink tap brand, BLANCO has completed its new website after undertaking the first major overhaul in years. This follows the integration of mobile and desktop web experience in 2019.
To ensure a consistent brand experience for any international consumer, BLANCO worked directly with Shriro to customise a website that resonates with the unique profile of the Australian shopper. Designed with Google in mind, all pages have the latest in Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) practices and the latest in responsive web design with an emphasis on a seamless mobile experience, which constitutes a large portion of the website’s traffic.
For retail partners, a store locator shows visitors the nearest store, allowing users to review and download information then purchase a BLANCO product at their convenience.
BLANCO head of marketing, James Cocking said that having a great digital experience is critical to any kitchen brand.
“We were privileged to be able to work with the expert digital marketing team at BLANCO head office. Their platform is world-class and we have been able to bring this same experience to the Australian market,” he said.
“Head of digital communications, Carsten Lörzing and global brand and market communications manager, Kerstin Arzt provided us with invaluable advice on how to replicate this web experience. We are looking forward to an exciting 2020 with a digital campaign push that puts our website at the centre.”
Carsten Lörzing added, “For BLANCO, as an international brand, it is of great importance to provide a consistent customer experience throughout all touchpoints, particularly digital channels, where we can accompany consumers along their individual journey to a better kitchen.
“We really appreciate that our partner Shriro took the effort and challenge to create a seamless brand experience in one of our most important growth markets. The collaboration was smooth and highly efficient with a truly great result. We hope consumers and business partners will love it as much as we do.”
Revamped sites for other brands in the Shriro appliance division – Omega, Everdure and Shriro Commercial – are expected to emerge in 2020.
