Samsung vice president – consumer electronics Jeremy Senior will depart the company on 31 March after almost a decade with the company.
In a statement supplied to Appliance Retailer, Samsung Electronics Australia confirmed the departure.
“Samsung Electronics Australia confirms that after almost one decade at Samsung, Jeremy Senior is departing the business.
“In his tenure, Jeremy has been a valued member of the leadership team, first joining within Home Appliance and later overseeing all of CE, driving significant growth in a challenging market.
“We will miss Jeremy’s passion for the brand, and dedication to his craft and people. We extend our sincere thanks to Jeremy for his contribution to Samsung and wish him every success in the future.”
Appliance Retailer understands that a third division of Samsung was recently created for business-to-business sales, and responsibilities from both the CE and Telco divisions were re-allocated to this new B2B division.
