Harvey Norman general manager for small appliances, Carene Myers has announced a partnership with floorcare brand, Tineco.
Myers launched the partnership yesterday featuring four models – Floor One S6 FlashDry and three Wet & Dry vacuums models at an event in Sydney.

A large number of Tineco executives were present for the launch and were excited to confirm the retail expansion of its tech-driven wet and dry vacuum range, with Harvey Norman coming on board as a major nationwide stockist from 21 August 2024.

Tineco’s partnership with Harvey Norman marks a significant step in expanding its retail presence and ensuring its innovative wet and dry hard floor cleaning solutions are accessible to more Australian consumers.

The Floor One S6 FlashDry makes hard floor cleaning effortless with its wet and dry vacuuming capability and features proprietary technology including MHCBS continuous clean water flow technology, iLoop smart sensor technology and Tineco’s new FlashDry self-cleaning system.
The FlashDry self-cleaning system provides superior cleaning performance and hygiene such that the appliance is clean in just few minutes and ready for the next cleaning session. First, a two-minute hot water wash with 70°C temperature effectively dissolves stubborn stains and deep cleans the entire cleaning path, from the pipe to the brush roller.
Following this, the five-minute FlashDry process begins, utilising 70°C hot high-temperature air to extract residual water from every component. The brush roller undergoes a dual-direction rotation and centrifugal air drying, resulting in a fluffier, drier brush that prevents mould and reduces odours. This innovative process minimises heat loss thanks to a special base design developed by Tineco which seals the exposed area of the brush roller, and rapidly dries the entire vacuum, leaving it refreshed and ready for its next use.
Tineco MHCBS technology ensures a spotless clean by continuously supplying fresh water to the brush roll for a fresh clean every time. This prevents dirty water from being redeposited on your floors, leaving them sparkling clean with every pass.
Further, Tineco’s patented iLoop Smart Sensor technology intelligently adjusts water flow, suction power, and battery usage based on the type of mess, maximising cleaning efficiency while conserving energy. The upgraded pouch battery provides a consistent 40-minute runtime, even after multiple uses, extending the vacuum’s lifespan.
Tineco products now available at Harvey Norman stores nationally include the Tineco Floor One S6 FlashDry for RRP $899, the Tineco Floor One Steam S7 for RRP $1,199, the Tineco Floor One S5 Extreme for RRP $749 and the Tineco iFloor2 for RRP $399.
