Dyson has unveiled its new Dyson Demo Store – Service Centre at Moore Park in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, expanding on existing Service Centres in Castle Hill and Taren Point NSW, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and New Zealand.
The new space is designed for people to bring in their Dyson machines for technical support, servicing, and maintenance tips. Dyson experts also provide demonstrations across the full product portfolio, helping current and potential owners better understand the science and intelligence behind Dyson products.
The demonstration zones and interactive displays show how problems such as pollution can be captured by Dyson technologies. From a wall of debris that can be thrown on the floor and vacuumed up to show the effectiveness of Dyson vacuums, to air quality demonstrations that show live AQ data, there is also a styling station where shoppers can be styled with Dyson hair care technologies.
For shoppers purchasing Dyson hair care products, complimentary gift wrapping is offered in-store as well as case personalisation with a selection of colours for the foil initials.
In addition to exclusive technologies, limited edition colourways, tools and accessories plus gifts with gift wrapping and personalisation options, Dyson is offering a price-match policy and upon purchase of any machine in-store, free scheduled next-day delivery can be arranged.
The new Dyson Demo Store – Service Centre is located at the Supa Centre Moore Park, 2A Todman Avenue, Kensington. Opening hours are 9am to 5.30pm on Monday to Wednesday and Friday, 9am-9pm on Thursday, 9am to 5pm on Saturday and from 10am to 5pm on Sunday and public holidays.
