Ecovacs Robotics has sold its 20 millionth robot vacuum globally, a reflection of the significant growth in Australia over the last four years since launch.
In the last 12 months alone, Ecovacs introduced its flagship DEEBOT T9+ with its industry-first air freshener (pictured) and the DEEBOT N8 PRO offering a range of premium features at a more affordable price point of $799.
Ecovacs Robotics head of Australia and New Zealand, Karen Powell described the milestone as a “proud moment” knowing that 20 million families around the world are benefitting from the brand’s vision and innovation.
“Excitingly, an ever-growing number of those families are in Australia, as our range and technologies grow in appeal to those looking to free up time and energy in cleaning to instead focus on other things in their lives, whether it be more time with family or simply freeing up some time to invest in their overall wellness,” she said.
“The start of Spring is traditionally a time when many Australians look at ways to clean and take advantage of the warmer months. For us, it is also an important opportunity to showcase our range and continue to change people’s minds and break down notions of what is possible in robot vacuums. We will continue to innovate and demonstrate how robot vacuums are now easy to use, deliver a deep clean and provide real convenience.”
