eufy is introducing the new S1 Pro robot vacuum, the first model to launch under the brand’s flagship S series vacuum range.
The S1 Pro features 8,000Pa potent suction, complemented by two side brushes and detangling brush, to effectively remove dust and reduce hair entanglement on both hard floors and carpets.
With the TurboWash roller mop, the vacuum cleans the floor while cleaning itself when in use. The rolling mop rotates at 170RPM, continuously scraping wet mess from the mop into the dirty water tank, while ozone water mixed with cleaning solution from the clean water tank continuously rinses the mop.
An integrated ozone generator uses tap water to produce ozone to sanitise the floor and the vacuum’s components, including the rolling mop, achieving a 99.99% sterilisation rate.
The S1 Pro’s mop lift system automatically elevates the mop up to 12mm in height when it detects carpet to protect it from potential contamination.
The 3D MatrixEye Depth Perception System intelligently recognises and reacts to obstacles, planning an efficient cleaning path. It employs the same obstacle avoidance AI algorithm used in self-driving cars. Using an RGB camera with active binocular technology, the S1 Pro creates 3D models of obstacles to move around furniture and avoid moving obstacles like pets and kids.
TrueCourse Mapping enables the S1 Pro to detect large obstacles from up to 12 metres away for precise home mapping and agile manoeuvring around furniture, regardless of lighting conditions. The 3D SLAM component of the system ensures millimetre accuracy in 3D maps, optimising cleaning routes and adapting to changes in furniture placement.
A streamlined square body design enhances cleaning in hard-to-reach areas, moving within 1cm of walls and corners. Its low-profile build, with a hidden lidar tower, stands just 96mm tall, enabling it to glide under low furniture.
The S1 Pro includes an all-in-one Uniclean Station charging base. After completing cleaning, the vacuum docks at the station to automatically empty the dustbin, which can go up to 68 days before needing a bag change. It also disposes of wastewater and cleans its mopping pads using the built-in Eco-Clean Ozone generator, drying them with hot air. It also refills its water tank with a cleaning solution, preparing itself for the next use.
The eufy Clean app can be used for multi-floor mapping, spot cleaning, cleaning resumption, customised cleaning modes, scheduling and setting no-go zones. The app also provides updates on the vacuum and station.
