Built-in refrigeration is the fastest growing segment in the refrigeration market in Australia. However, most models are only 55cm wide which can create limitations for larger dishes.
At this year’s Eurocucina in Milan, Whirlpool showcased built-in refrigerators measuring 75cm wide – making them the widest on the market with the largest capacity.
The refrigerators feature full grey stainless steel interiors for a premium aesthetic complemented by LED lighting. The FreshBox controls the humidity levels and Multi FreshBox is ideal for soft freezing foods such as fish. A handleless design incorporates a new push to open door mechanism.
6th Sense technology constantly monitors and adapts the inside and outside for better food preservation. The rail system has been re-designed for a cleaner and more seamless aesthetic.
Whirlpool also unveiled a new wine cellar with dual zones to complement the broader Whirlpool appliance range.
