The new Nexus range cooker from Falcon is available in both 90cm and 110cm sizes, dual fuel and induction, and four colours to suit all kitchens: black, slate, stainless steel and white. The 110cm model offers consumers a unique bread proving drawer with a controlled environment allowing users to prove dough perfectly.
The model has a new and improved separate dual circuit grill to increase cooking capacity and flexibility with its deeper pan design. A new wire rack insert with four height options, suits every type of dish. The Nexus also includes standard features on other Falcon cookers: a multi-zone griddle, dual-zone ceramic hotplate and multi-ring wok burner help juggle more than one element at a time.
Andi-Co brand manager for Falcon, Joanne Edwards, states that “the styling of the Nexus is such that it will fit the profile of the most modern kitchen or will look completely at home in a more traditional style kitchen”.
