Fisher & Paykel has embraced the increasing shift to black appliances in homes around the country across its collection of Minimal, Classic, and Contemporary designs for the kitchen.
The Minimal style sees appliances in all black finishes, Contemporary styles feature stainless-steel detailing on the black fronts, while the Classic range blends nostalgic and contemporary aesthetics.
Black appliances are offered in a matte black finish for refined simplicity with natural materials and softly crafted aesthetic, or glass finish for contrast to natural and textured materials.
Identifying this movement, Fisher & Paykel has introduced its French Door and Quad Door refrigerator freezers with new matte black glass.
The latest Quad Door and French Door refrigerator freezers feature a matte black glass finish with recessed handles. With ActiveSmart technology, the refrigerator learns how it is used and adjusts the temperature accordingly to help keep food fresher for longer. Variable Temperature Zone technology allows users to change a compartment to suit different food types with the choice of Chill, Fridge, Soft Freeze or Freezer modes.
The latest refrigerator freezers complement Fisher & Paykel’s built-in single and double ovens available in Minimal and Contemporary Styles.
Featuring touchscreen guided cooking capability with tips for different food types, as well as full recipes and functions from Roast to Pastry Bake. ActiveVent technology ensures optimised moisture levels, while AeroTech circulates heat evenly for a consistent temperature.
Fisher & Paykel’s Classic Style freestanding cookers are available in induction with five cooking zones or Dual Fuel with a five-burner cooktop, including dual wok burner and two triple ring burners.
The convection ovens boast a 140-litre total capacity, nine oven functions plus rotisserie, including Pastry Bake with pizza mode and rapid proof for making bread. AeroTech circulates air evenly throughout the entire oven. The soft-close door and glowing halo dials offer a premium look and feel.
Fisher & Paykel gas and induction cooktops take on the Minimal Style offering a subtle black glass with durable matte black detailing and black dial. The induction cooktops provide extremely accurate temperature control from very high to very low heat, ideal for searing, sauteing and tempering.
The dual flame wok burner delivers consistent flame and heat distribution, while the highly responsive dials offer precise heat adjustment. SmartZone links cooking zones and controls them as one for greater flexibility when using larger pans and griddles.
Fisher & Paykel’s DishDrawer dishwashers, available in the Contemporary Style, can be conveniently positioned at bench height for ease of loading and minimal bending.
The Quick Wash modifier delivers a faster wash without compromising on performance. The Sanitise option kills 99.9% of bacteria in the final rinse, while the Extra Dry setting is designed for plastic dishes.
