ghd has taken its heated styling and drying expertise and combined it with the science of convection and conduction to develop the ghd duet style with Air Fusion technology, making it possible to style hair directly from wet with no damage.
Air Fusion technology is composed of five elements. The first is airflow which is maximised by a unique air filter design, guaranteeing powerful performance to quickly dry and style hair. The second is internal aerodynamics that propels airflow by an ultra-compact brushless digital motor for precise air speed with reduced turbulence and low sound levels. The airflow then passes through a heater and into the drying chamber.
The third element is the drying and styling chamber with an expertly designed air grille that works in synergy with the low-temperature plates. The fourth is smart styling plates with infinity sensors that predict the hair’s needs to maintain an optimal temperature for wet to sleek styling with no damage, sizzling or burning smell. The fifth and final element is the expertly angled root-drying vents to ensure optimal drying performance with no extreme heat.
To use the ghd duet style, users simply start with freshly washed towel dried hair, section the hair and place the duet style at the root for three seconds, glide down the hair from root to ends and repeat until dry. Once hair is dry, the shine shot can be used for smoother and instant frizz-free hair that has two times more shine and 3.5 times more hair alignment.
