SYDNEY: LG Electronics will commence the Sydney leg of its national roadshow this evening with a swathe of products to be unveiled including a first-of-its-kind, side-by-side flat door refrigerator, the Kompressor vacuum and an unidentified “top secret product”.
The Roadshow will be called ‘La Grande Magic’ and will include an “exclusive preview of LG’s latest show stopping products”, with Current.com.au now able to exclusively reveal three products that will be unveiled at the Roadshow, which LG state “possess the ‘Ta-Da’ factor in consumer electronics and will roll out across retail outlets in the coming months”.
The LG Side-by-Side Flat Door Refrigerator GC-L197NFS (RRP $2,999) is the first fridge of its kind with a completely titanium-steel face and hidden hinges, offering a 567-litre capacity and advanced cooling. Other key features include an in-door ice maker, finger-friendly and protected finish, multi-airflow system, humidity control, one touch LCD display, 3.5 energy star rating, LG Ion Door Cooling and LG Bioshield technology.
The AV Receiver AR702 (RRP $659) will also be unveiled at the roadshow, featuring full connectivity solutions and the renowned Audyssey lab automatic calibration technology, creating high-quality sound custom-tuned to the user’s room.
Also to be revealed is the LG Portable Air-Conditioner ESC126MB (RRP $1,199), available in September, the highly compact unit will feature full remote-control operation, adjustable vertical ducting, a 3.5kW cooling capacity and noise-reduction technology to keep noise output below 44 decibels.
The Sydney event will be held tonight and tomorrow at the Sydney Showground, Halls 4A and 4B at 1 Showground Road, Sydney Olympic Park, Homebush Bay.
