AEG used IFA 2023 as the platform for the world premiere of its new AEG SaphirMatt induction hob with scratch-resistant glass.
The unique SaphirMatt ceramic glass can withstand everyday use and abrasions without being scratched. It can withstand up to four times fewer scratches compared to a conventional ceramic hob and is twice as fast to clean.
Its elegant black matt finish adds a touch of style to any kitchen and is also 80% less reflective than a standard surface.
Electrolux sales director, Hass Mahdi said, “We take great pride in presenting the remarkable AEG SaphirMatt induction hob, a true breakthrough in kitchen technology. Featuring scratch-resistant glass, this hob is engineered to withstand the rigors of daily culinary activities without succumbing to a single scratch. It reduces reflectivity by 80% to contribute to an overall enhanced kitchen experience, accentuated by its sophisticated matte black finish.”
