Premium brand AEG, part of global appliance company, Electrolux Group, has introduced the new AEG Kitchen Range at IFA in Berlin, described as the brand’s most significant kitchen launch to date with new products across ovens, hobs, hoods, cold storage and dishwashers.

The AEG Kitchen Range has been designed for consumers who want to take their cooking skills further. AI technology promises intuitive, personalised interactions, helping consumers get the best results from online recipes, inspires with new ideas for everyday meals, preserves food for longer with new programs and storage guides, while helping consumers prepare and cook with greater precision.

The new innovations include the AI TasteAssist function designed to help consumers make the most of their oven when trying new recipes.

By sending a recipe to the oven, the AI TasteAssist feature analyses it to understand timing, temperature and protein type, then automatically selects the optimal cooking settings. Part of the AEG app, it can suggest programs to ensure the tastiest and most nutritious result.

The CookSmart Touch Display intuitive interface guides users through every step of the cooking process. For the first time, the CookSmart Touch provides a seamless experience across ovens, hobs, and built-in coffee machines.

CookSmart Touch empowers the user with full control over the cooking experience. Consumers can easily access Assisted Cooking and delegate boiling or assign pan-frying. Sous-Vide, simmering and melting modes are also available.

A new Assisted Dishes function allows users to choose from a selection of dishes across vegetable, meat, fish and dessert categories. It provides step-by-step guidance on how to cook a complete dish to perfection plus guide the user on which accessories to use and the steps to be taken.
