Meriton has confirmed a strategic partnership with The Appliance Guys to install best-in-class energy-efficient appliances within its new development in Sydney’s north-west.
This initiative for Cielo, a 215-unit block development in Epping, incorporates the use of 8-star dryers, 5-star refrigerators, and 4.5-star washing machines, which rank within the top 1% of the most efficient in the country.
The investment underscores Meriton’s commitment to sustainability and sets a new benchmark, as no other developer has demonstrated this level of focus on energy efficiency and environmental stewardship.

In addition to each apartment being equipped with energy-efficient appliances, the Cielo development will also feature EV chargers for all car spaces, promoting the use of electric vehicles, and secure bicycle parking. Generous insulation and operable glazing devices will be installed in all apartments to minimise the need for mechanical heating and cooling.
