Nespresso has collaborated with Brisbane bakery owner, Brooki to bring a new and limited-edition Double Choc Salted Caramel Cookie to Nespresso boutiques around Australia, specially designed to pair with the intense, caramel notes of Nespresso’s Bianco Piccolo and Venezia coffees.
Brooki Bakehouse founder, Brooke Bellamy (nee Saward) says her fans can expect ‘a rich chocolate cookie dough complete with dark and milk choc chips, and a silky caramel crème filling;.
Each Saturday between 17 August and 6 September 2024 a fresh batch of Brooki cookies will arrive at all Nespresso boutiques across Australia, available to buy alongside any Nespresso coffee purchase for the week or until stocks last.
“I’m a huge fan of Nespresso coffee, so creating the perfect cookie pairing came easily. I chose sweet, rich flavours to complement the intense, caramel notes of Nespresso’s Bianco Piccolo and Venezia coffees,” Bellamy said.
“It’s an ideal treat for a cosy and indulgent coffee moment at home through these colder months. I recommend heating your cookie up in the oven until it warms through, and then dipping it in a cappuccino.”
Nespresso coffee ambassador, Mitch Monaghan, who co-created the Bianco Piccolo coffee with the Australian palate in mind, worked closely with Bellamy during the recipe development and recommends serving the blend as a cappuccino due to its intense and smooth profile which is best suited to milk.
“We’re thrilled to bring this exclusive pairing to Nespresso customers across the country. Every Nespresso boutique will have a limited supply of Brooki cookies available. As always, customers are also invited to enjoy a complimentary coffee tasting during their visit with the help of our coffee experts,” Monaghan said.
The Brooki Bakehouse Double Choc Salted Caramel Cookie is available for purchase when you buy any Nespresso coffee sleeve. Cookies are priced at $6.50 for Nespresso club members and $8 for non-members, with a limit of three cookies per person.
