Duraprès is bringing a collection of small appliances to the Australian market via an exclusive partnership with The Good Guys and support from Michelin-starred chef and restaurateur, Curtis Stone.
Duraprès is a hybrid of two French words – ‘dura’ and ‘près’, meaning ‘durable’ and ‘near’, which reflects the brand’s core pillars of functionality, ease of use and simplicity.
The initial Duraprès range includes The Prep Master Pro and Prep Master Mini food processors, The Beat Blitz hand mixer set, The Inducto Go portable induction cooktop, The Cordless Carve cordless electric knife, Boil IQ digital kettle and Toast IQ toaster.
Other products in the Duraprès and Curtis Stone collaboration launching late 2024 include the Slice Master pizza oven, Fill ’n Flip waffle maker and Cook Blend Pro cooker blender.
The Good Guys buyer – portable appliances, Tracey Ellis said, “We’re excited for the inclusion of Duraprès into selected The Good Guys stores. The collection has been co-created with chef, Curtis Stone and provides our customers a range of kitchen appliances that will make meal prep simpler, saving them time whilst creating gourmet meals. Priced from $89, the range represents great value and simplicity for any home chef.”
For its debut appliance collection, the brand has drawn on the expertise of Curtis Stone and his love for developing seasonal, easy-to-cook recipes that ensure making delicious food using the best ingredients and appliances is possible for everyone.
“This first Duraprès range is everything I wanted and needed when I was just getting started in the kitchen. Designed to make food prep easy, fun and accessible for everyone, the collection is a product of creative culinary minds, bringing everything that we felt was missing from the average kitchen to life. As a chef, home cook and dad, I am obsessed with appliances that make my time in the kitchen easier,” Curtis said.
The first Duraprès collection will be available exclusively through The Good Guys from 18 December 2024.
