Olimpia Splendid is looking for an account manager to cover various areas within NSW and ACT.
Working collaboratively with the state sales manager to achieve key objectives, the account manager will ensure tidy and well merchandised in-store product displays, conduct product training sessions as needed, and maintain relationships with retail customers, including store owners and proprietors.
The account manager is also responsible for using CRM data to further develop account performance, monitoring and analysing performance metrics, keeping up to date with industry related product development and information, preparing monthly, quarterly and annual territory sales forecasts, as well as liasing with marketing and product development manager to ensure brand consistency.
The successful applicant will bring previous sales experience with proven and in-depth knowledge of the sales environment, outstanding communication and presentation skills, excellent organisational and time management skills, as well as being customer orientated, an analytical and data driven problem solver with strong negotiation skills.
The territory coverage is negotiable to only incorporate Sydney and regional NSW.
