An exclusive guest list of Melbourne’s Architecture & Design community were welcomed to the new V-ZUG Studio by Managing Director of V-ZUG Australia, Nic Naes and V-ZUG AG Chief International Officer, Alberto Bertoz.

V-ZUG launched its Melbourne studio in Richmond in February.

The Swiss premium home appliance designer and manufacturer collaborated with Ross Gardam on the interior design, including curated lighting, furniture, and custom designed sofa.

The studio also features homewares from Australian climate neutral designer Mud Australia, additional pieces from Australian designers DesignByThem, and custom rugs from Rug Couture.

Gabriel Castelló Pinyon, V-ZUG’s Head of Design Displays International Markets, plays a key role in the innovative studio, bringing extensive expertise in passive and circular design.

The new V-ZUG Studio, Melbourne is designed to feel like your own home with warm tones and layered textures. Behind the concept and design is V-ZUG Global Interior Art Direction, Gabriel Castello.
V-ZUG Supreme Cooling range is a feature of the space. These luxury refrigeration and freezer options are seamlessly integrated and finished V-ZUG handles that complement the oven range. 
V-ZUG showcase their three unique mirror glass finishes in the space; black, platinum and pearl.
The space pays respect to local designers and highlights beautiful homewares from The Front Room Gallery and custom dining chairs from DesignByThem.

Canapes for the evening were prepared by renowned Melbourne Chef and friend of V-ZUG, Ian Curley.
Connection to place was recognised with a lively Welcome to Country ceremony as the Melbourne weather delivered a perfect evening to celebrate.
