This month Sennheiser Australia launched an online spare parts store, catering to customers on the search for extra earpads, cables and accessories for their Sennheiser headphones.
The online store is for headphone spare parts only, so consumers can navigate by searching which parts are available for their particular model of headphones. “Find your headphone and you’ll find your part,” said DanielWoodall marketing manager at Sennheiser Australia. The spare parts are also pictured allowing for ease of identification of each item.
Sennheiser Australia is only the third Sennheiser subsidiary to set up an online spare parts store. The aim is to enhance the customer experience, providing them additional support.
