The Great Australian Bake Off is returning to Foxtel’s LifeStyle channel from Tuesday 13 June with Smeg as official partner, providing all major and small appliances.

The 10-episode series follows 12 amateur bakers as they navigate signature, technical and showstopper baking challenges with bread, cake, dessert, chocolate and more. Assisting the bakers to express their creativity and create culinary magic will be Smeg Classic ovens and cooktops, as well as a full collection of award-winning small appliances including stand mixers, hand blenders and blenders. Smeg FAB fridges in pastel blue, green and pink, will also adorn the Bake Off shed.

Smeg Australia national marketing manager, Livia McRobert said, “Working with the series allows Smeg to showcase the culinary credentials of our major and small appliances to an audience of highly engaged food and cooking lovers. We can’t wait to see the bakers’ creations.”

This year the Bake Off welcomes new judges, global culinary icon, Rachel Khoo and Australia’s ‘King of Pastry’ chef, Darren Purchese and comedians Cal Wilson and Natalie Tran as hosts to encourage the amateur bakers.

The Great Australian Bake Off is a BBC Studios production in Australia for Foxtel based on a format created by Love Productions and licensed by BBC Studios distribution.
