Smeg is travelling a new marketing path for its international, award-winning small electrical appliances – the iconic stand mixer and blender. The brand has committed to an ongoing program of shows on the national 24-hour shopping channel, TVSN.
TV host, food editor and author, Alice Zaslavsky (Alice in Frames), has been demonstrating both appliances to a national audience of 500,000 registered customers, 90% of whom are repeat buyers.
TVSN is Australia’a only shopping channel and airs on Foxtel, T-Box and Freeview. Smeg has experienced a surprising level of interest in its brand through this audience with sales in retail stores also experiencing a spike since the segments starting airing.
