Sunbeam was host to a group of media at a Sydney event to showcase its latest benchtop appliances in blending, coffee and breakfast categories.
The new High Performance Power Blender and Barista Max espresso machine with integrated grinder were the highlights of the event.
The High Performance Power Blender (RRP $499) features a 1500 watt motor and six-point sharpened stainless steel blades that spin at speeds of over 400km/h – fast enough to heat and puree soups. It has three pre-programmed settings for soups, dips/spreads and smoothies.
The Barista Max machine (RRP $699) is equipped with Tap & Go integrated grinder, powerful steam wand and programmable shot volume. The Temp IQ Shot Control is a three-way system including Thermoblock technology, advanced PID controller and gentle pre-fusion to regulate and stabilise water temperature.
Another key product unveiled at the event was the Maestro Glass Kettle (RRP $89.95) due to launch in November with Dual Shield construction.
Other products on show included the Coastal Collection kettle and four-slice toaster, the Gallerie Collection kettle and four-slice toaster, the Silver Cloud collection of kettle, four-slice toaster and food processor and Two-Way blender.
