The Appliance Guys marketing directors, Cassandra Josipovic and Rachel Elkadi have recently launched ‘The Appliance Girls’ podcast.
The wives of The Appliance Guys co-founders, Michael and Dejan, Rachel and Cassandra have been instrumental in growing the business for many years.
The podcast aims to provide a platform for discussing topics such as leadership, career development, work-life balance, working mums and empowering women in male dominated industries, while sharing insights into The Appliance Guys story.
“We always wanted to start a podcast but wanted to find something that wasn’t just about appliances but could be applicable across various industries and would champion women in the industry’s successes,” Cassandra said.
Listeners of ‘The Appliance Girls’ podcast can expect engaging and authentic conversations, actionable insights and a supportive community.
“Whether you’re looking for career advice, industry knowledge or a dose of motivation, we aim to provide a refreshing and empowering perspective that leaves listeners inspired to take on new challenges and achieve their goals.”
Rachel added: “We want to empower women and provide a platform for those to share their journey and hear from others in the industry.”
The Appliance Guys is building a podcast studio in its office for guests to meet the team and immerse themselves in the space during recording.
