Telstra has replaced the role that its head of retail, Gordon Ballantyne, held prior to his resignation this week with three senior executives, all of whom will report directly to chief executive Andy Penn. Telstra Retail is the strongest arm of the communications giant and responsible for 65% of Telstra’s financial year 2015 revenue.
