Vestel is preparing to showcase new sustainable laundry solutions at IFA in Berlin this week.

In its latest washing machines, Vestel has implemented a water-saving feature where the water used during the rinsing step is collected and stored in a WaterBox to be used in the next washing program, saving up to six litres of water each cycle. By reusing the water, Vestel reinforces its commitment to sustainable practices and water conservation efforts.

Vestel is also introducing more environmentally friendly tumble dryers incorporating recycled plastics into 91% of plastic components in the machines. The dryers utilise recycled materials to reduce waste and promote a greener approach to drying clothes. The company’s commitment to recycled plastics aligns with its goal of creating sustainable and eco-friendly solutions for consumers.

“Our washing machines with WaterBox technology save six litres per wash cycle by repurposing rinse water, while our tumble dryers feature 91% recycled plastic components, promoting eco-friendliness. These innovations reflect Vestel’s dedication to sustainability and user convenience, making eco-conscious living effortless,” Vestel product manager for laundry care, Aylin Özel said.
