Australia’s leading financial wellness app, WeMoney, has released the results of its latest consumer research for 2024, the WeMoney People’s Choice Awards.
In the second year of the program, WeMoney surveyed over 3,000 Australian consumers for their opinions on the best televisions, coffee machines, washers, dryers, kitchen appliances and more.
In the TV category, Samsung was voted the leader in overall satisfaction for the second consecutive year, with TCL recommended for best value and Sony for best quality. In soundbars, Samsung came out on top for overall satisfaction and best value with Bose voted for best quality.
In the espresso machine category, Breville was the winner for overall satisfaction, with De’Longhi voted for best value, across both manual and automatic machines. In coffee pod machines, Breville was again named best for overall satisfaction and quality, with Nespresso recommended for best value.
In the laundry category, LG was voted the leader in overall satisfaction in front load washing machines, with Samsung securing the award for top load machines. Fisher & Paykel claimed a clean sweep in clothes dryers, taking the honours for overall satisfaction, best value and best quality.

The survey measures customer satisfaction across factors including overall experience, value for money, product quality, design, ease of use, and reliability. The WeMoney winner’s badge will appear on the highest-rated products across Australia.
