Keeps HR team in place.
The entire board of directors of UK Homebase retail chain will be departing the company in the next two weeks, new owner Wesfarmers has revealed.
Managing director Echo Lu (pictured) left last Friday, with commercial director Paul Emslie, retail operations director Ewan McMahon and marketing director Chris McDonough set to follow in the coming weeks.
Wesfarmers said the current HR team would remain in place for six months.
Wesfarmers owns local hardware retailer Bunnings and completed the deal to buy Homebase for £340 million from Home Retail Group on Monday, February 29.
It previously announced it would be rebranding Homebase as Bunnings.
