After five years.
Winning Appliances head of buying and marketing, Sam Zalin made the decision to leave the business after five years. He started as the cooking buyer and worked his way up to oversee and be responsible for the Winning Appliances buying team.
Commenting on his departure, Winning Group CEO, John Winning said, “We want to thank him for his contributions and efforts and wish him the best of luck in his new role. As his friend, we are extremely happy for what is a big next step in his career.”
There is no current plan to replace this role.
Soon after, e&s confirmed that Zalin would be joining the business as general manager, following the promotion of Greg Lake to executive director earlier in the year.
“Sam ticks all the boxes for the e&s business and is a proven performer in marketing and a buyer both locally and abroad and was ready to progress his career in a more senior role,” e&s joint managing director, Rob Sinclair said.
