Zip Water held an exclusive media event in Sydney’s eastern suburbs on Wednesday evening to highlight how its latest product, the HydroTap Celsius Plus All-In-One Pull-Out, addresses increasing demand for convenience in the kitchen.
A new Zip Water report has shown that three-quarters of Australians (76%) actively prioritise convenience in the kitchen, more than half (56%) look for simplicity aiming to eliminate unnecessary appliances and 57% are committed to minimising the time spent on preparing food, cooking and cleaning the kitchen in 2024.
The HydroTap Celsius Plus All-In-One Pull-Out is the world’s first residential all-in-one tap with five water types – filtered boiling, chilled and sparkling water, as well as unfiltered hot and cold water – and a snag-proof pull-out sprayer.
Zip Water Australia and New Zealand managing director, Mike Abbott said, “Australians are busier than ever and the need for convenience and timesaving solutions is pivotal. Zip Water’s HydroTap Celsius Plus All-In-One Pull-Out is a true testament to our commitment to exceeding consumer’s demands, and we are proud to lead the way in meeting the evolving expectations of Australians for innovative, efficient and streamlined solutions in their homes.”
Culinary expert, TV presenter and cookbook author, Justine Schofield, demonstrated the simplicity of the HydroTap Celsius Plus All-In-One Pull-Out, describing it as an “invaluable asset” particularly when hosting friends and family.
“Need to create a batch of cocktails? The tapware has a sparkling water function. Want boiling water for a pasta dish? It’s simply the press of a button. These time-saving features allow you to focus on the joy of entertaining, minimising the time spent preparing food and drinks and cleaning up,” she said.
Interior design expert, judge on Channel 9’s The Block and co-host on Foxtel’s Love It or List It, Neale Whitaker explained how tapware with world-leading technology can enhance the space.
“The kitchen is the heart of the home and Zip Water’s latest innovation is a piece of practical luxury which elevates the kitchen’s aesthetics and reclaims valuable space by reducing the number of appliances required. At a time when consumers desire minimalism, through integrated refrigeration, luxe appliances and concealed storage, the HydroTap Celsius Plus All-In-One Pull-Out consolidates multiple tasks into one beautifully designed integrated system,” he said.
Zip Water has also introduced the HydroTap Celsius Plus All-In-One for consumers who do not require a pull-out sprayer. Both models feature an intuitive touchpad with antimicrobial protection for easy access to water selection and includes continuous flow for bottle fill and a safety lock for boiling water.
The HydroTap Celsius Plus range is available in seven finishes including chrome, brushed chrome, matte black, brushed rose gold, brushed gold, gunmetal and brushed nickel from selected specialised retailers with RRPs starting from $8,295.
